The Australian Furniture Removers Association is a national body of experts that helps regulate the Removals and Storage Industry industry. Government departments recognized and consult AFRA in relation to industry matters.

AFRA has strict membership criteria and only accredits Removal Companies that satisfy professional standards with regard to equipment, vehicles, premises and staff.

As an AFRA member:

The client may decide to take further action through Fair Trading.
